Aayush Foundation Dhanbad (AFD) is a dedicated non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2019 in memory of Late Aayush Garg. Aayush a bright and compassionate student from Denobli School, CMRI, Dhanbad, tragically lost his life in a road accident. In honor of his legacy, his family and friends founded AFD to continue his dream of contributing positively to society and making a lasting impact in the lives of those in need.
Our mission is to create a better, more inclusive society by uplifting marginalized communities and promoting social causes close to our hearts. At AFD, we work tirelessly to ensure that Aayush’s vision of a harmonious, empowered world becomes a reality through education, cultural engagement, community welfare, and sustainable development initiatives.
Our Core Areas of Focus
Activites
Art & Culture: We believe in the power of art and culture to bring people together and foster social cohesion. AFD actively organizes cultural events, workshops, and exhibitions to celebrate local heritage and nurture artistic talent in the region.
Blood Donation: We are committed to saving lives by organizing regular blood donation camps and awareness programs. Blood donation plays a critical role in saving lives, and we aim to ensure a steady and reliable supply for those in need, especially during emergencies.
Women Empowerment: Empowering women is at the heart of our mission. AFD works to uplift women through education, vocational training, and creating safe spaces for women to voice their concerns. We provide resources and platforms to support women’s rights and gender equality.
Road Safety: In memory of Aayush , who lost his life in a road accident, we advocate for road safety awareness in the community. AFD organizes campaigns, safety training, and workshops to reduce accidents and promote safe driving practices.
Tribal & Minority Welfare: We focus on the upliftment of tribal communities and minorities by providing access to education, healthcare, and skill development. AFD is committed to addressing social disparities and promoting inclusivity for these underserved communities.
